This Privacy Policy explains how Blackstone Digital LTDA ("Blackstone Digital", "we", "us" or "our"), CNPJ 66.581.168/0001-46, registered at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1572, Sala 1022/3106, Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo, SP, 01451-917, Brazil, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit blackstonedigitalapps.com, buy one of our books, or use the online reader account that comes with it.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Your name and email address, when you place an order, create your reader account or contact us;
- Your phone number, if you give it at checkout, to send your access instructions by text message;
- Order details, such as the book purchased, date and amount, received from our checkout provider;
- What you write in your reader account, including your messages to Sarah, the AI assistant;
- Usage data on our offer pages and in reader accounts, such as pages visited and features used;
- Device information such as browser type, operating system, language and IP address.
We never receive or store your full card number.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver the books you purchased and give you access to your reader account;
- To confirm orders and handle refunds;
- To answer your support requests;
- To generate Sarah's replies to your messages;
- To understand how our offer pages and reader accounts are used, and to measure our advertising;

4. Payments
Payments are processed by our checkout provider, currently Hotmart, which collects and processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to confirm and manage your order.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only to the extent necessary: checkout and payment processing, hosting and database, email and text message delivery, video playback on our offer pages, the AI model that generates Sarah's replies, and advertising platforms that receive purchase and visit events so we can measure our ads. We may also disclose information when required by law.
6. Cookies and measurement
This company site has no analytics or advertising scripts and does not set cookies of its own. Our offer pages and reader accounts use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, to connect a purchase to the visit that led to it, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. 7. Data retention
We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide the book and reader account, handle refunds and meet our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time, subject to those obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, or ask for a copy of the data we hold about you. Residents of Brazil have these rights under the LGPD, and residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California and other jurisdictions have similar rights under their local laws. We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and established hosting providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
10. Children's privacy
Our books are written for parents and caregivers and are sold only to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
We are based in Brazil and use service providers in the United States and other countries, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence.
